i wouldn't say it's a broken link. for people browsing on github it links to the directory of the md-file rather than the md-file itself. on the website it all gets turned into the same url, so i guess it won't hurt linking to the md-files in general.

But there are many other links like that. I don't think it is needed that much to link to md files directly. People on GitHub can open the index.md file.

On the app at least for me the link doesn't work

It could be on the desktop, because I was using windows and edge browser but on android it works

Update: It happens on Linux app too, when you download the app from chromium and click on the links without the md file attached

i can't reproduce this. the html generated by docosaurus is identical whether you include index.md or not, so whatever the issue may be, i don't think it's that.

Did you try it on the PWA app?
